So i was really good to myself this weekend
and I basically ate whatever I wanted (mostly because it was shark week) but today was supposed to be the start of an intensive 8 week fitness and healthy eating plan because in just over eight weeks time I go on holidays. It started off so well, I ate oatmeal and a cup of tea for breakfast, and I brought my lunch with me to work (apple for snack, tuna sandwich and yogurt for lunch). The apple i brought with me was bad, so i ended up eating a small bar of chocolate for morning snack, then at lunch someone in the office also brought in some chocolate for everyone, AND then in the afternoon a girl in my office went out and brought us all ice creams.
And now all i want to do is curl up into the fetal position and cry. :(
